Refund policy

Digital products are non-refundable. Because downloads and custom digital portraits are delivered electronically and can't be returned, all digital sales are final once the file has been delivered. If there's a problem with your file, email us — we'll fix it or re-send it.

Custom / personalized items (digital or printed portraits) are made to
order and are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Non-personalized physical items (ready-design apparel, mugs, etc.) may be
returned unused within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email
persiansparadise@hotmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to
your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due
to our error.

If any order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7
days with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.
